2. Duly filled application form along with a copy of CNIC and two recent photographs should reach on the following address given below.
3. Candidates have to attach with application form original paid deposit slip of Rs. 300/- for BPS-05 to BPS-09 and Rs. 400/- for BPS-10 to onward in favor of NTS.
4. Test fee can be paid in any online branch of HBL, MCB, ABL, UBL across the Pakistan.
5. The last date for submission of application has been extended from April 07 to April 10, 2017.
