QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE
a) MBBS or Equivalent Qualification recognized by Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC)
b) Registered with PMDC.
c) The following Postgraduate Qualification:
i) FCPS/MD/MRCP/Diplomat American Board in relevant speciality or Equivalent Qualification recognized by PMDC.
ii) FCPS (Paediatric) /M.D (Paediatric)/ MRCP (Paediatric) /Diplomat American Board (Paediatric) or Equivalent
Qualification recognized by PMDC with One Year Experience after Post-Graduation in relevant speciality in an Institution
recognized byPMDC.
d) Three Years Experience afterPost-Graduation in the relevant speciality in an Institution recognized by PMDC.
(BS-18) SENIOR REGISTRAR PAEDIATRIC ORTHOPAEDIC SURGERY
QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE
a) MBBS or Equivalent Qualification recognized by Pakistan Medical and DentalCouncil (PMDC)
b) Registered with PMDC.
c) The following Postgraduate Qualification:
i) FCPS/MS/FRCS/ Diplomat American Board in Paediatric Orthopaedic Surgery or Equivalent Qualification recognized by
PMDC.
ii) FCPS/MS/FRCS/Diplomat American Board or Equivalent Qualification recognized by PMDC in Paediatric
Surgery/General Surgery with One Year Experience after Post-Graduation in Paediatric Orthopaedic Surgery in an
Institution recognized by PMDC.
iii) FCPS/MS/FRCS/Diplomat American Board or Equivalent Qualification recognized by PMDC and Govt. of the Punjab in
Orthopaedic Surgery with One Year Experience after Post-Graduation in Paediatric Orthopaedic Surgery in an Institution
recognized by PMDC.
(BS-18) SENIOR REGISTRAR PAEDIATRIC RADIOLOGY
QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE
MBBS recognized by the PakistanMedical andDentalCouncil (PMDC). Registered with PMDC; and
The following Postgraduate Qualification:
a) FCPS (Paediatric Radiology), M.D (Paediatric Radiology), MRCP (Paediatric Radiology, Diplomat American Board in
Paediatric Radiology or EquivalentQualification recognized byPMDC;
b) FCPS (Radiology), M.D. (Radiology) or Equivalent Qualification recognized by PMDC with One Year's Experience after
Post-graduation in PaediatricRadiology froma Institution recognized byPMDC.
(BS-18) ASSISTANT PROFESSOR PAEDIATRIC NEUROLOGY
a) MBBS or Equivalent Qualification recognized by Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC)
b) Registered with PMDC.
c) The following Postgraduate Qualification:
i) FCPS/MD/MRCP/Diplomat American Board in relevant speciality or Equivalent Qualification recognized by PMDC.
ii) FCPS (Paediatric) /M.D (Paediatric)/ MRCP (Paediatric) /Diplomat American Board (Paediatric) or Equivalent
Qualification recognized by PMDC with One Year Experience after Post-graduation in relevant speciality in an Institution
recognized byPMDC.
d) Three years experience after Post-graduation in the relevant speciality in an institution recognized by PMDC.
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS (WRITTEN TEST/INTERVIEW)
1- To appear in test/interview only Original Valid CNIC issued by NADRA will be accepted. No other Identification document will be acceptable.
2- Applicants are advised to read all terms and conditions/ instructions of the Advertisement as well as “Important Instructions to
Candidates” carefully in order to submit their online applications complete in all respects. The onus/
responsibility of correctness of the data given in the On-line Application Form will rest squarely on the candidates.
3- Applicants are required to submit “On-line Application Form” by the Closing Date which is 24-04-2017 up to 12:00 AM (Midnight) Applicants should fill in the On-line Application Form carefully in the light of the Guidelines and Instructions mentioned in the Advertisement for the said post and “Important Instructions to Candidates”.
4- It is mandatory for Applicants to deposit Rs:400/-under Head:“C02101-ORGANIZATIONS OF STATE-TEST FEE REALIZED BY THE PUNJAB PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION”, in any Branch of State Bank of Pakistan or National Bank of Pakistan or Government Treasury on or before the Closing Date of submission of applications. No Bank Draft or Pay Order or Cheque or any such instrument will be accepted as fee by the Commission.
5- Applicants residing outside Pakistan, but having Domicile of the Punjab will deposit the fee at the Pakistani Embassy of residing country in the currency of that country equivalent to the amount of Application/ Test Fee prescribed for the post.
